I have successfully led initiatives across Digital Payments, Sales & Channel Management, Product Management, and Cost Optimization, transforming businesses across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and India.

As the Business Head for Singapore at Western Union, I’ve spearheaded the digitalization of Western Union’s operations, including the rollout of WUPOS 2.1, API integrations, and cross-border remittance solutions. Under my leadership, Singapore’s own stores achieved 22% YOY growth after years of decline, paving the way for a global strategy to digitalize retail networks. I also led the rollout of WU.com and WU mobile apps across multiple countries, enhancing e-KYC, introducing local payment methods, and improving customer journeys for seamless cross-border transfers.

I am recognized for implementing high-impact projects such as integrating the fintech company DASH into Western Union and launching token solutions in APAC, which significantly reduced agent fraud. I have also forged partnerships with leading organizations like NTUC Singapore, Merchantrade Malaysia, and BKK Forex to drive growth and innovation.

Beyond my role at Western Union, I provide pro bono consulting for fintech companies like Lightnet, focusing on API integration, cloud computing, and AI-driven process improvements. My efforts have led to a 50% increase in digital adoption through innovative risk control frameworks and customer-focused strategies. I also introduced the Money Exchange business, a first for APAC.
